The invited speaker is Professor Peyi Lu from Kaohsiung Medical University.	The speaker was sharing how she applied for a grant for designing an innovative program at Kaohsiung Medical University..

Dr. Lu’s innovative English program was accredited by the Ministry of Education.	The attending members of CELT faculty were listening attentively to the response of the speaker.
