CSEPT-Related Test Date: December 29, 2022 (Thursday), 15:10-17:00 pm

一、由學生向授課教師請假，請假原則比照共同英語期中(末)考試，不接受事假。

Students should apply to their teachers for leave. The regulations of leave application follow those of the General English mid-term/final tests, and personal leave is not accepted.

(一)筆試考試除了20分鐘後不得入場，30分鐘內不得出場之規定外，若考試途中學生身體有突發狀況，請老師備妥手機打07-3426031轉5903或5904 (英語教學中心)詢問如何處理。Twenty(20) minutes after the start of the written test, students will not be permitted to take it, nor will they be allowed to leave the testing room in the first 30 minutes of the test. If a student is suddenly taken ill during the test, the proctoring teacher should inform the Office of CELT at 07-3426031 ext. 5903/5904 for further arrangement.

(二)緊急就醫請假，必須在測驗開始後20分鐘內，向承辦單位英語教學中心(分機5903或5904) 聯繫(打電話)請假，並於測驗當日下午前繳交診斷證明，才得完成病假申請。In an emergency case such as a serious accident or an acute disease, a student has to inform the office of Center for English Language Teaching at (07)342-6031 ext. 5903~5904 within 20 minutes after the exam starts. The doctor’s diagnosis should be delivered by 5 pm or mailed via post (marked with date) on the day of absence.

二、已核准公假與因確診、快篩陽性或意外緊急就醫無法參加考試者，可申請補考。其餘一律無補考。Students on official leave approved of in advance or in emergency cases such as serious accidents or acute diseases (e.g., the case confirmed with COVID-19 or the test result shown positive) will be given a makeup test. Other absentees will not be given a makeup test.

三、若遇特殊事項，請洽授課老師，討論是否給予補考。In case of special matters, students should contact their teachers to discuss whether a make-up test can be given.
