【公告】英語教學中心徵求104學年度第1學期志工/義工VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR FALL, 2015

104學年第1學期：
1.報名方式：請至英語教學中心辦公室登記服務時段
•每週一至週五，時間08:00-17:00，可依個人課程時間挑選中午時段或可連續服務兩小時。
2.報名資格：態度認真負責，不遲到、不早退且具備電腦文書處理能力(Word/Excel)。
•志工：日間部學生欲抵服務時數，並能配合一整學期(約17週)工作者。
•義工：申請弱勢獎助學金通過，並能安排之工作時段者。
3.收件日期：即日起~(額滿為止)
4.工作內容：中心辦公室行政庶務支援(公文傳遞、辦公室整潔、佈告欄維護及臨時交辦事項)。
5.備註：
•班表請參閱附件，錄取同學須參加志工說明會。其餘空格欄位尚可報名。
•辦公室位置：求真樓穿堂、研究發展處對面
VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR FALL, 2015
1. Service by schedule (For example: Period A:8:00-10:00Period B:10:00-12:00Period C:12:00-13:00Period D:13:00-15:00Period E:15:00-17:00)
2. Qualifications: Responsive, punctual and with computer Word and Excel software skills
3. Voluntary volunteers: accumulated service hours can be counted to fulfill the University’s service requirement
4. Obligatory volunteers: who are granted with scholarships
5. Deadline: rolling (until positions are filled)
6. Job descriptions: keeping the office clean; receiving and dispatching the office documents, mails; dealing with general affairs and filing documents; assisting in holding CELT-hosted activities and other assigned tasks
7. Please see attached for the schedule time. Accepted applicant must attend the volunteer orientation.
8. CELT is located in the hallway of Qiuzen Hall, across the Office of Research and Development.
