【校內外學生英語競賽】104學年度英語聖誕歌曲歌唱比賽The 50th Anniversary of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages

本次活動報名時間，因適逢期中考，本中心經會議討論，將報名辦法與報名日期調整如下：

一、 參加對象：本校大學部日間部、進修部學生及外籍生(含交換生)。本項比賽共分個人組與團體組二類。團體組可跨系、跨年級參賽。每人限參加 1 組，不可同時參加個人組與團體組。校內參加總隊伍數上限為25組，個人組至多20組，團體組以2-6人為主，至多5組。勝隊伍得參加校園獻唱，並代表學校參加校外及全國性英語歌唱比賽。

二、 報名方式：各參賽者與隊伍將報名表電子檔，連同歌詞文字電子檔，傳送至wenzaoetlc@gmail.com

       比賽當天若需播放伴唱音樂，也請一併傳送伴唱音樂電子檔。參賽只接受email方式報名。報名資料不完整者，視同無效報名。

三、報名日期：即日起至2015年11月29日(日)，以email寄達日期為憑，報名組數額滿截止。

四、比賽時間及地點：2015年12月16日(三)下午3:10~5:30於文園2樓。

The 50^th Anniversary of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages

2015 Christmas Carol Contest

Due to midterm exam, the Centre decided to adjust the registration rules and event time and date as follows:

 1.        Participants:

Day Four-Year College, Night Four-Year College and foreign students are eligible for the contest, including local students, international students, and exchange students in both the day and the continuing divisions. The singing contest includes two categories— individual and group. A group can consist of students from various departments or grades; however, each student can only apply for one category, i.e. either for the individual or the group. Winners might perform on some campus occasions and represent the university to attend off-campus and nationwide English singing contests. The total number of final entries is 25 — a maximum of 20 for the individual and 5 for the group categories. A group can consist of 2 to 6 members. 

2.        How to Register

All contestants shall submit the registration form, name of the song and lyrics in word file and the relevant accompaniment audio files (if required) to wenzaoetlc@gmail.com by Sunday, November 29^th, 2015.  Only email registration is accepted.  The registration will be considered invalid if the contestants fail to submit all relevant files mentioned above.

3.      Registration date:

Registration is made upon receiving email application from now until November 29^th, 2015 inclusive.  Registration may end prior to the date specified if the numbers of contestants are reached.

4.        Time and Venue:

To be held in Wenyuan Lecture Hall on 2^nd Floor of Wenyuan, from 3:10 pm to 5: 30 pm on Wednesday, December 16^th, 2015.
