    The following list represents the performance order for the final round and does not reflect the preliminary evaluation results.

  • 注意事項 Important Notes
  1. 決賽報名及資料繳交 Registration and Submission:
    進入決賽的參賽者需使用Google帳號登入，並於2024年11月24日（星期日）23:59前線上送出決賽報名表單及伴奏音檔（無則免附）與相關資料。請務必遵守時間規定，逾時視同放棄資格。

    Finalists must log in using a Google account and complete the final competition registration form online by 23:59, Sunday, November 24, 2024, including the accompaniment track (optional if not available) and required information. Late submissions will be considered as forfeiture of the competition.

  1. 伴奏音檔規範 Accompaniment Track Requirements:
    • 伴奏音檔不得包含任何人聲（如和聲或主唱聲音）。
    • 歌曲長度必須介於2至4分鐘內。歌曲長度未達2分鐘或超過4分鐘者將被取消資格。參賽者可提前剪輯伴奏音樂以符合規定，若音樂過長，超時部分可淡出刪減。
    • Accompaniment tracks must not contain any vocals, including background or lead singing.
    • The song length must be between 2 and 4 minutes. Entries shorter or longer than this will be disqualified. Participants may pre-edit their backing tracks to meet the time requirements. If the track is too long, the extra part beyond 4 minutes can be faded out and trimmed.

 

  1. 場地確認及試音 Venue Check and Sound Testing (Optional):
    決賽組別可於2024年11月27日（星期三）中午12:10至12:50，至文園二樓會議廳進行場地確認及試音。此程序非強制參加，但若未進行試音，決賽當天如有任何音響或相關問題，將由參賽者自行負責。
    Finalists may confirm the venue and conduct a sound test on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 12:10 to 12:50 PM, at the meeting room on the 2nd floor of WenYuan. This step is optional, but contestants who do not attend the sound test will bear full responsibility for any audio or related issues on the day of the final.

 

  1. 聖誕精神闡述 Explanation of the Christmas Spirit:
    決賽者須於決賽當天現場以英語闡述選曲之精神（為什麼選這首歌，以及想要傳達的精神），限時40秒，不可看稿。
    Finalists are required to give a live 40-second explanation in English about the chosen song on the day of the competition. The explanation should address why the song was selected and the message it aims to convey. Note: Reading from a script is not allowed.

 

  1. 決賽及頒獎 Final Competition and Award Ceremony:
    決賽組別請於2024年11月27日（星期三）下午3:10至文園二樓會議廳報到，進行現場決賽。賽後將立即公告得獎名單並頒獎。
    Finalists must check in at 3:10 PM on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at the meeting room on the 2nd floor of WenYuan for the live final competition. The winners will be announced, and awards will be presented immediately after the competition.

 

  1. 最佳人氣獎票選 Best Popularity Award Voting:
    決賽當天將現場票選“最佳人氣獎”。歡迎各組參賽者邀請同學及好友蒞臨現場，聆聽表演並給予鼓勵與支持。
    A live vote for the "Best Popularity Award" will take place on the day of the final. Contestants are encouraged to invite classmates and friends to attend, enjoy the performances, and show their support.
