1. 活動名稱Name:
2026文藻英語教學中心英語聖誕歌曲歌唱比賽
2026 Wenzao CELT English Christmas Carol Singing Contest: Diamond Jubilee & Jingle Bells

2. 活動目的Objectives:
本活動以聖誕歌曲為主題，延伸學生對西方文化之體認，並傳揚本校敬天愛人精神，亦藉由英語歌唱大賽寓教於樂，激發學生英語學習興趣，且訓練學生英語發音、語調、台風、表情達意，藉此提升英語學習成效。Using classic Christmas carols as the theme, this event is designed to deepen students' appreciation of Western culture and foster our school's core values of "Revere the Divine and Love the Human.” The English singing competition serves as a fun and engaging way to encourage students to learn English, helping them improve their pronunciation, intonation, stage presence, and ability to express themselves.

4. 參加對象Prospective participants:

(1) 文藻外語大學四技日間部在學學生。4-year college students currently enrolled in the day division at WZU

(2) 本項比賽可以個人或團體為單位報名，團體可跨系、跨年級參賽。參賽者限參加1組，不得同時參加兩組或多組比賽。 Participants can enroll in the contest as an individual or as a group. Cross-department and cross-grade group entries are allowed. Each participant can only be in one group.

(3) 參賽總隊伍上限為12組。The maximum number of participating groups is 12.

6.重要時程Important Dates：

(1) 報名日期：即日起至2026年10月25日 (週日) 23:59止 參賽者需填妥Google表單https://forms.gle/Q3yoCL826Z2UCRvV6，連同著作權同意書及歌詞文字檔上傳以完成報名（表單於截止當日自動關閉，逾期恕不收件）報名資料不完整者視同無效報名。All contestants must submit the registration Google form, along with the agreement of copyright authorization and the name of the song and lyrics in word file by October 25, 2026. (The form will automatically close at the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.) The registration will be considered invalid if the contestants fail to submit all relevant files.

(2) 公布參賽名單日期: 115年10月 28日（星期三）下午 5:00前。The participant list will be announced by 5 p.m. Oct. 28, 2026.

(3) 比賽及頒獎：2026年11月18日（星期三）下午 3:10於公簡廳(K101專業口語表達藝術廳)報到並進行現場比賽，賽後當場即公告得獎名單與頒獎。Final Competition and Award Ceremony: The live final competition will take place at the Gongian Hall (K101) at 3:10 PM on November 18, 2026. The winners will be announced and awards will be presented immediately after the competition.

7. 比賽規則 Rules：

(1) 參賽作品限為經典英語聖誕歌曲，選曲以能符合耶誕精神的愛與喜樂為原則，宗教或通俗歌曲皆可。比賽一開始參賽者須以英語口語方式在40秒內表達選曲動機以及想要表達的聖誕精神。 All entries should be classic English Christmas songs based on the principle of expressing the Christmas spirits of love and joy. Both religious and secular songs are acceptable. At the start of the singing, contestants must orally express why the song was chosen and the Christmas spirit they wish to convey in English within 40 seconds.

(2) 鼓勵每一位/組參賽者於歌曲中加入英文創意口號來祝福文藻60歲生日快樂 ，口號能以任何形式加入歌曲中，越有創意越好。To celebrate Wenzao magnificent 60^th Anniversary, all participants are strongly encouraged to rewrite lyrics to include the name of school, motto, or keywords like “60” or “Diamond Jubilee”.  The more creative, the better!

(3) 現場表演時間以2到4分鐘內為限。如未達2分鐘或超過4分鐘不符合參賽資格。Each performance must be between 2 to 4 minutes. If the performance is less than 2 minutes or more than 4 minutes, participants will be automatically disqualified.

(4) 參賽者可清唱、自備樂器伴奏或用手機播放伴唱，伴奏與樂器使用不列入評分項目。Participants may perform a cappella, with instrumental accompaniment or play karaoke tracks on smartphone. The use of instruments will not be factored into the scoring.

(5) 比賽因場地設備限制，只有六支麥克風供人聲使用，恕不提供樂器外接音響收音，若需其他樂器音響器材請自行準備，並於比賽前架設完畢。Due to venue equipment limitations, there will only be six microphones available for vocals. External audio input for instruments will not be provided. If you require any other musical instruments or audio equipment, please bring your own and set it up before the contest.

(6) 參賽者報名資料填寫不實或由他人頂替參賽，則取消比賽資格。如得奬者經檢舉並查證屬實，將取消得奬資格。Contestants must provide accurate information in their application. Any contestant found to have provided false information or allowed someone else to participate in their place will be disqualified. If a winner is subsequently found to have engaged in such activities, the award will be revoked.

(7) 規則未盡事宜，得適時修正補充之。If any part of the rules is unclear or incomplete, it may be

amended or supplemented as needed.

8. 評分方式 Evaluation criteria:

由中心聘請音樂領域及英語教學專業人士擔任評審。成績高低評比取最優前六名(含佳作三名)，同分者以咬字、發音項目最高分者為優勝。

The organizer will invite judges specialized in music and English teaching to score the performances. Based on the results, the prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd places, and three honorable mentions. If two entries have the same scores, priority goes to the one with higher articulation and pronunciation score.

9. 獎勵辦法Prizes：
比賽依成績高低評比取最優六名，各頒與獎金及獎狀乙張，以茲鼓勵。各獎項參酌實際情形得以從缺，獎項與金額如下：
Based on the score ranking, the top six finalists are awarded. Winners will all receive the prize awards and certificates. The judges are entitled to reserve the awards and prizes if required. Awards and prizes are as follows:
第一名：獎金1,500元，獎狀乙張。First Prize: NT$ 1,500 and a certificate

第二名：獎金1,200元，獎狀乙張。Second Prize: NT$ 1,200 and a certificate

第三名：獎金1,000   元、獎狀乙張。 Third Prize: NT$ 1,000  and a certificate

佳作三名：獎金500元，獎狀乙張。 3 Special Prizes: NT$500 and a certificate
